For the last year and a half I have managed to make more mistakes than necessary, lost total focus, and haven't dedicated myself to good and healthy things. Along with all that, I have also completely let go of myself, which brings me to this point. I am creating this blog not only to prove to myself I can stick to something that(from sources on Google Internet)is healthy and could help a great deal with weight loss. Not only am I hoping to get great results, but I'd also like to make it a goal for myself. I bought a box of Lipton tea full of 100 tea packets, so my plan is to have two cups of tea everyday as a substitute for soda or juices. I have welcomed you all with me on this 50 day excursion to root for me, but hey if it works out great I'll have a noted experiment for the world to see! I am very excited and looking forward to being the Lipton guinea pig :) wish me luck everyone!
